On Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 the InnoCare team hosted their first business development workshop, Bettering Your Business. All our clinic owners and managers were invited to spend the day with our team and learn from all their expertise.
The day was broken up into 3 parts:
- Getting Patients
- Increasing Per Patient Visits
- EBITA Leaks
The day was focused on helping the clinics grow their businesses by offering tips, tricks, and insights into various forms of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, referral marketing, and traditional marketing. We also spoke with the clinic owners about product selling and how to approach it with patients.
Clinic owners also had the opportunity to brainstorm with one another offer up different ways they have found success when it comes to finding and retaining patients. And how they have dealt with no shows and cancellations.
Our team gave presentations on:
- Product Selling
- Increasing referrals with referral marketing
- Social media
- EBITA Leaks
This day was a great opportunity for both our team and our clinic owners. Our team was able to provide valuable insight to our clinic owners and prove to them that when they joined the Assist Clinic Partnership Program they were getting a team of people dedicated to helping them grow and succeed in their business ventures. Our clinic owners also got the opportunity to meet the team face to face and brainstorm with their fellow clinic owners. It gave them a space to ask questions, share stories and develop a plan they could leave with and put into action that following Monday.
