InnoCare CEO Heather Shantora joins Tasha Kheiriddin on AM640's  The Tasha Kheiriddin Show in Toronto to discuss a recent study that shows Canadian patients want to see more technology integrated their doctor's office and clinics. 

This report finds that 60% of Canadians want to book appointments online, immediately access their test results, and read their personal records. Heather Shantora notes that over the last decade, doctors have increased the amount of time they spend on "indirect care," which is the paperwork and other filing associated with the delivery of healthcare services. Shantora advocates for the use intelligent tech solutions that remove the administrative burden by helping reduce double entry. The end goal to increase the amount of direct care each doctor can give, therefore helping more Canadians get access to healthcare and lowering wait times.
